Homemade Salsa

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can Diced Tomatoes do not drain
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • fresh cilantro handful

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • Pulse until salsa reaches desired consistency.
  • Chill in the refrigerator a few hours to let flavors combine.
