Heat olive oil in a medium stock pot over medium-low heat.
Saute the diced onion and green pepper and cook until beginning to soften, about 3 minutes.
Add the ground beef to the pot and stir to break up any clumps.
Add chili seasoning blend and stir to combine.
Once the ground beef is browned add the diced tomatoes, beans, and water.
Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Cover the pot and let simmer until all the flavors come together, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with your choice of toppings or sides.
